HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Tickets may be purchased over the phone (717-426-1277), online at www.susquehannastageco.com and in person during Box Office hours.
WHAT IS THE TICKET RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. There are no refunds; however, exchanges may be made in limited circumstances for a fee.
MY SEATS ARE 2-4-6-8. ARE THEY TOGETHER?
Yes. Our seats are designated with even numbers on the right side and odd numbers on the left side. Rows are designated alphabetically.
DOES SSC HAVE PARKING?
There is a small lot adjacent to the theater reserved for those patrons with handicapped parking designation. All other patrons may park on either side of West Market Street and on one side of South Perry Street. There are a few free spaces in the parking lot of Donegal Cleaning located at 271 West Market Street. Please allow yourself enough time to find a parking spot before the show begins.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE AT THE THEATER LATE?
The theater is open to the public one hour prior to each performance; we begin to seat people 30 minutes before the performance time. Patrons who arrive after the performance has begun will be asked to wait until they can be seated at an appropriate moment in order to minimize the disruption to the audience and the performers. Seating is not guaranteed after curtain time. Audiences must cross part of the stage to access their seats. Therefore please make every effort to arrive on time.
MAY I BRING MY CELL PHONE OR PAGER INTO THE BUILDING?
We ask that patrons please turn off all electronic items during the performance. Cell phones and pagers are disruptive to the production and your fellow audience members.
ARE REFRESHMENTS ALLOWED IN THE THEATRE?
The SSC Concession Stand serves snacks, water and coffee before the show and at intermission. All proceeds benefit Susquehanna Stage Company. We ask that you remember to open water bottles or snacks quietly when the performance has begun.
WILL A PERFORMANCE BE CANCELLED IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER?
In general the show must go on. If it is necessary to cancel a performance, the information will be posted on the Susquehanna Stage Company’s webpage and Facebook page and broadcasted on local media outlets.
WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY?
SSC strictly prohibits smoking of any kind inside the building. Please step outside and down the steps if you wish to smoke during your visit to the theater.
IS THE BUILDING ACCESSABLE TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?
Our building is not handicapped accessible due to the age of the building. If you need special provisions, please contact the box office at least 24 hours before performance time so we can strive to accommodate your needs. It is important to request wheelchair seating when purchasing tickets, and wheelchair accessible seats are limited at each performance.
DOES THE BUILDING HAVE AN ELEVATOR?
No. It is necessary to use a flight of steps to enter the building and an additional flight to access the restrooms.
DO YOU HAVE RESTROOM FACILITIES?
We have limited restroom facilities inside the building. If the show’s cast is large and in other special circumstances, we will provide deluxe portable toilets outside of the building for guest use.

ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS ON ATTENDING A PERFORMANCE?
Each person entering the theater, regardless of age, must have a ticket. We leave decisions regarding age appropriateness up to individual parents. We encourage parents of young children to consider our Children’s Workshop Production, usually staged in May each year. If you feel your child will be entertained and engaged for the full length of the performance without distracting other audience members, we welcome his or her attendance. MAY I PURCHASE GIFT CERTIFICATES FOR THE THEATRE?

DO YOU OFFER SEASON SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Season subscriptions are available for every season. They go on sale during the fall show, and orders are due by the beginning of the first show of the new season. They may be purchased by calling the Box Office at 717-426-1277 or by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
DO YOU EVER NEED VOLUNTEERS? HOW CAN I SIGN UP?
Yes! Our theater wouldn’t be able to function without our volunteers. We’re always looking for help with costumes, set construction, set painting, facility cleaning, ushering, box office, fundraising, marketing. Do you have a skill that isn’t listed? You can leave a message on the theater’s voice mail at 717-426-1277. Please note: Voice mail is checked on a regular basis during the run of a show and one month prior to a show’s opening. It is checked on a weekly basis during other times.
